What we collect

When you send a project brief, we receive what you type: your name, email address, optional phone number, company, the services you pick and the details you share. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

We use your brief only to read it, reply to you and scope the work you asked about. We do not sell your information. The brief is delivered to us by email through our email provider, Resend, which also sends you one automatic confirmation email.

Audio you drop into a preview

The song-to-video preview plays and analyzes the file inside your browser. The file is not uploaded to our servers.

Ask Voxifact, our AI assistant

When you use the chat, your messages are sent to an AI provider (Anthropic) so it can write an answer. We do not ask you to sign in, and the conversation also stays in your browser tab so you can scroll back to it. Please do not put sensitive personal or confidential information in the chat; use the brief form or email for anything you want us to hold on to.

What we keep from the chat

We keep a record of every question and the answer you were shown, with some technical context: the date and time, the language and page you were on, which model answered and how long it took, your country, the general type of device and browser (for example mobile or desktop), and a random conversation number that groups the questions you asked in the same tab. To count different visitors within one day, we also keep a scrambled code made from your connection details and the date. It cannot be turned back into your address and it changes every day, so it cannot be used to follow you from one day to the next. The record does not include your IP address. We use it to improve answers and to see which questions the site does not cover yet. It is stored in a private database hosted by Supabase in the United States, and kept for up to 12 months before it is deleted.

Client Studio, for the people we work with

If we are working together, we may give you access to Client Studio: a private area where you follow your project, send us files (images, video, audio, documents) and see and download your invoices. You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address; there is no password. We keep your name and email address, your projects and the updates on them, the files you send, the finished work we deliver and your invoices. Files are stored in a private bucket at Cloudflare (R2) and the records in a private database at Supabase in the United States; sign-in, update and invoice emails go out through Resend. Only the people we add for your company, and Voxifact, can see your material. For security we log sign-ins, uploads and downloads. We keep your files while we work together and for a reasonable time afterwards, so you can come back for changes, and we delete them whenever you ask; invoices are kept for as long as accounting rules require.

Your browser

We store one small preference in your browser (light or dark theme) and, if you use the chat, your conversation and its random conversation number for as long as the tab stays open. Fonts are served from our own domain. The interactive previews run locally in your browser. If you sign in to Client Studio, we set one more cookie that keeps you signed in; the area cannot work without it, and it ends when you sign out or after a period of inactivity.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write to hello@voxifact.com. We will reply by email. Chat records are not tied to your name, so tell us roughly when you asked and what you asked, and we will look for them.
